Kindermusik for the Young Child is the perfect place for your budding musician to develop a strong musical foundation by learning to read music and to play simple tunes on the glockenspiel, dulcimer and recorder.

In our Young Child classes, students will:

  • learn to read and write music
  • develop a confident voice for singing and speaking 
  • explore musical concepts such as allegro/adagio, staccato/legato and forte/piano through moving, listening, dancing and playing games
  • learn to play the glockenspiel in year one and the 2-stringed dulcimer and recorder in year two 
  • receive weekly parenting tips in class, via email and social media posts
  • set the foundation for a lifelong love of music

    During this transition year, while Kindermusik International revises the Young Child program, we will only offer Year 2. Your child must have completed Year 1 to enroll.

    Fall fees:
       Tuition-three payments of $91 for 16 classes
       Home Materials-one $84 payment
